Chamber RFP: 2018 Communications

The Greater Greenwood Chamber invites marketing and communications agencies to submit a proposal to plan, create, and execute the Chamber’s 2018 communications.

The purpose of this RFP is to select a firm who will satisfy the Greater Greenwood Chamber’s need for integrated marketing communication services. The Chamber’s intent is to contract with a firm whose capabilities will perpetuate the Chamber’s current brand identity, engage more business people in Chamber programs, strengthen the Chamber’s voice, and increase member recruitment and retention. This will be the basis for evaluating the selected firm’s performance.

The Chamber rebranded in 2013 and is not seeking to design a new logo or rebrand in 2018.

Each proposing firm must demonstrate strong digital/web/social media competency and success. Extra consideration will be given to firms with a combination of the following demonstrated experiences:

  • chamber of commerce/membership association campaigns and/or clients
  • economic development campaigns and/or clients
  • small business campaigns and/or clients
  • legislative affairs campaigns and/or clients
  • experience working in the Greenwood/Indy South market

A selection committee from the Chamber’s board of directors will review proposals, contact firms for discussion as needed, and make the selection.

Proposals are due by 5 p.m. on November 17, 2017.
