E-newsletter - This Week @

Emailed by the Chamber to approximately 1,400 local business people.

Marketing opportunities:

  • Member Happenings. All members can insert a newsworthy write-up (50 words or less) with a link to their businesses’ websites to read the full stories. Content can include news about new employees, company awards, grand openings, relocations or special seminars (but not sales and promotions). Space is limited, so happenings will be included on a first-request basis. There is no cost to submit happenings. Email submissions to the editor.

  • Display ads. All members may choose to place ads into the e-newsletter. Banner partition ads will display between content areas. Ads will be linked to businesses’ online Chamber business directory listings or landing pages specified by the members placing the ads. Ad locations (top, middle or bottom of screen) are determined on a first-commit basis. See ad spec sheet. Ads are $75.

  • Member-expert article. All members can submit expert articles that offer readers business coaching or industry insights. (Articles are not business promotions.) Maximum 500 words. No cost.

  • Member profile. Members at the Connected, Engaged, Advocate and Impact levels can submit member profiles about their businesses, highlighting owners, staff, company history and/or services. Maximum 300 words. No cost. Connected, Engaged, Advocate and Impact-level members receive discounts on email marketing opportunities!

M2M (member-to-member) email blasts

Reach more than 1,400 local business people via email. Your email will be delivered from the Chamber in a special M2M email frame to help raise the credibility and open rate of your email. We’ll include your text and/or graphics with hyperlinks back to your designated landing page(s) or email address.

M2M emails are perfect for sending:

  • Coupons
  • Special sales and promotional offers
  • Announcements about your company
  • Introductions for new services and employees
  • Announcements about seminars and events

Chamber website banner ads

The Chamber’s website is an extension of our Chamber brand, serves as a resource to consumers (both local and visiting) and generates exposure for members. As an industry, local chamber of commerce websites are trusted as a reliable source for local information.

Your banner ad offers great visibility. Our website averages about 4,000 visits a month. Our online business directory is searched an average of 3,000 times a month.

Banner ads are $250, $500 or $750 for annual placement, depending upon page location. Monthly rates are available. See the specs sheet for more information.

Community Guidebook and Membership Directory

Published each summer, this colorful publication highlights our local amenities, attractions and quality of life. Most important, it also includes our member business directory. More than 6,000 copies are distributed throughout the community each year, including to new area residents and businesses. Members can place full-color advertisements to stand out and showcase their businesses. Advertising is coordinated directly with the Chamber’s publisher. Cost varies.

All members are listed in the directory. Impact members receive top listings, special recognition and a free business profile.

Personal introduction letters

Are you new to the Chamber or trying to connect with a few specific members? The Chamber president and CEO will send a personal letter of introduction about your business to up to 10 Chamber members of your choosing. This way, that cold call won’t seem so cold. Available to Engaged, Advocate or Impact-level members at no cost.

Member mailing lists

Send your business message directly to Chamber members by mail. We supply the list; you do the rest.

Member mailing lists are available as labels or in Excel format, depending on your membership level and preference. Excel lists can include employee count and business category, at your request, but not email addresses.
